Led by the energy power technology authority of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the single-stage high-speed centrifugal blower integrates the resources of r&d, technology, production, manufacturing and other fields representing the highest level of China's aerospace power field. 1. The impeller is designed with ternary flow theory, and the flow analysis technology is applied to predict the performance of the blower, making the variable efficiency as high as 82%.
2. The fan adopts axial inlet guide vane and diffuser regulating device, and the flow regulating range is 45% ~ 110% of the rated flow, so that it can operate with higher efficiency under non-rated conditions.
3. Integrated structure is adopted. The blower body is assembled on the shell of gear box, and the lubricating oil system, motor and gear box are compact arranged on the common base, which doubles as the oil tank.
4, the rotor after strict dynamic balance, small vibration, high reliability, the overall noise is low. Compared with the multi-stage centrifugal blower with the same flow and pressure, it has low energy consumption, light weight and small floor space.
5. Advanced and reasonable fan structure, less wearing parts, easy installation, operation and maintenance. The bearing vibration, temperature, anti-surge control, interlock protection, fault alarm, oil pressure and oil temperature control of lubricating system are all controlled by programmable logic controller, so that the operation of the whole machine can be monitored in real time.
